Payment in full is to be made within 30 days from date of invoice.  In the event payment is not received in a timely manner, it is agreed that interest will begin to accrue at 1.5% per month.  In addition, the client agrees to be fully responsible for any cost of collection, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and court costs.  In addition, it is specifically agreed that the venue for any collection proceedings or other litigation between Kwik Appraisals, LLC and the client will be in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois.
